Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Many types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, dangerous goods or flammable gases or liquids.
Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products
There are certain situations where only a partial refund will be granted: (where applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use.
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or that is missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (where applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision whether or not to approve your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within a certain number of days.Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Next, contact your credit card company as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (where applicable)
Regularly priced items and sale items can be refunded with the right of withdrawal.
